Being behind the pencil is really pushing my skills up to a new level
Noah has been putting in a lot of time in at the studio and we are getting much better.

It has only been three weeks and I can really see and feel the difference in my ability to draw. The team, has helped me see color, shape, and form better than ever. I looking forward to many years of sketching with these gentlemen.

Life Model Noah working to perfect his craft
With every session I mentally prepare and concentrate on improvement, Noah came to the studio never having done modeling before and he has been really working at his new venture. He is gaining confidence and really puts in a lot of effort. Thank you Noah!
I'm back in my studio and sketching once again!

It's exciting to be drawing again. I had many responses to my posting requesting help from models and I thank all the responders.
But the "stars" of the project are the gentlemen that worked in the studio over the past two weeks. I have learned a great deal and I am seeing a improvements with each session.

ManDraw, a new group for figurative artists and their models
After being in the graphics arts mode for over 30 years I decided that I really wanted to get back to drawing. So I joined a drawing class. It was productive but getting to the classes sometimes was impossible for me. Someone told me about drawing classes that were available on-line so I went looking. And yes there are a few out there. My goal to get back to basics was reached. As life would had it…I met a figure model with my same concerns…timing. We worked together a couple of times and we decided that perhaps we could put out a live stream and even a news letter to support our efforts. Here is the first newsletter and the live streaming is in the process of being set up.
