VISUAL ARTIST / MURALIST / LANDSCAPER
Country Hillside • Mural
This mural was created in small but efficient main floor bath room. Lots of morning light. The floors are a neutral beige and pink marble and the trim and moldings are pure bright white. A lot of play with the visual perspective makes this scene work. The grotto cut-out, toilet paper holder and handicap rail were all taken into consideration for the design. The glass shelving was added afterwards.
The simple brushwork and small palette of color work well for this small space. Sponges were used for the trees and sky. the stone wall has a unique color scheme and gives the art work a 3 dimentional look.

Hallway and Ceiling
The stripping effect is all created with various painting techniques. For a small space there were a lot of vertical lines so the best solution was to work with them and creating more stripes seem to be the perfect solution. The sky panel was a natural for the space, creating an even taller experience.
Another ceiling effect
This ceiling is a combination of painting techniques and stripes. It is bold and massive.
Landscaping: Front yard of small city lot
On a sunny Fall day, this front yard breaking into a colorful show. The yard is anchored by many evergreens and a stone walk way. The effect creates a cottage like setting. Its hard to accept that this property sets two houses away from a busy county road. and just west of a major state road.
